A West Coast native, Bryan Geon has lived in six US states and two foreign countries. He first moved to Portland in 1993, and is proud to call the Pacific Northwest home.

Bryan is a graduate of Harvard University (BA cum laude, English, 1992) and the University of Michigan Law School (JD cum laude, 1997). He was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1997.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Bryan is an accomplished writer. His most recent books include The Newcomer’s Handbook to Moving to and Living in Portland (currently in its second edition), and a guide to FINRA’s Series 79 Investment Banking Representative Qualification Examination.

Bryan lives in Portland with his wife and two sons.
