"Sustainability" is an increasingly common buzzword. In essence, an activity or system is sustainable if it allows us to meet our present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.

Bryan Geon is committed to incorporating principles of sustainability into his law practice. Besides recycling and purchasing recycled products, he commutes by public transit or bicycle, purchases yearly offsets for the estimated carbon emissions associated with his practice, and bills at a reduced rate for work related to sustainability issues (such as renewable energy projects or carbon offset agreements).
